I think it has got prominent importance in the team. Cause task rotation is very useful to bring the team to equal level of knowledge. otherwise some will be lacking behind others. By rotating the task every one in the team will cope up and will be useful as a team to handle the tasks by anyone without there being any dependencies on any individual. Thanks.
