You will want both, but AutoCAD is more desirable as a first skill, Revit can come second. They are produced by the same company, AutoCAD is the2-D and3-D CAD program, very powerful, very popular, used by engineers and architects, and sets the standard in the industry. Revit is a BIM program, not just lines in3-D, but information. It's not just a bunch of shapes, but associated shapes with properties that can be adjusted by setting a new type of wall or size to a beam. It is a very powerful program and will be the future of all engineering and architecture, period. Even with that said, you still want to know CAD first, then Revit.
revit I giss as it more smart than Auto cad
thank you for invitation
I accept with Eng. Yaqoub
Both have their own advantages. AutoCAD is more used for drafting and basic modelling. Complex modelling becomes more difficult in AutoCAD. Revit is more linked to Structures and Architecture designs and models.
Each program uses his but with the development that is happening all consulting firms will move to use revit because where there is a brief Options and blocks ready to help you work more easily
it's general question plz be specific , ??
Sorry, I can not give you an opinion on this question, since I have not worked with Rivit
revit is the bast , but autocad is common in middleeast
