How can draw layout , x-section and L-section on Auto CAD with the help of Excel?

I think you are referring to Auto Table ... 

I have used similar programs with different CAD software, however not with AutoCAD....

AutoTable is designed to provide AutoCAD (LT) /MicroStation users a more convenient way working together with Excel

. We then can import Excel  spreadsheet into AutoCAD  (LT) / MicroStation and modify it with Excel  at anytime. Besides, you can update table to synchronize it with the original Excel

spreadsheet.

Excel Spread sheet enter data Coordinate like as  Distance in column A and Level in Column B than put Formula in Column C that is (Distance&”,”&Level)

Copy Column C from C2 to C8

Enter Command Pl in auto Cad and Paste the drawing draw in Auto CAD

For this method you can draw X-Section &  L-Section in Auto CAD  with the help of Excel.

I am not familiar with the question but I think that we can create a table  by excel then paste a copy of this table in autocad by using copy-paste
