What is the difference Between Process Capability and Machine Capability? How can I measure?

they are entirely2 different types, let me define with an example, in a car washing company they have set of process like vacuuming, tire washing &cleaning and exterior washing etc...they arrange these machines in a particular order to complete the process so at for a particular interval of  time say in half an hour they clean4 cars that we call it as its process capability,4 cars cleaned in half an hour.... and in the case of machine capability mostly focus on machines capability like at a time how many cars a machine can wash or vacuum like etc.

process capabilty is fixed and machine capability can not fixed it varies with different factors like time and others may b too
