The question is very general can you give more details.

The pressure can be increased due to dirt or blockage in the condenser system or line. The fouling effect. The pump may be over speed.

High pressure at condensing unit is direct relation with low efficiency of heat exchange inside condener between fireon and water It is essentially to have correct flow rate of water with correct cooling tower cooling capacity to match the requirements of chiller Cooling tower cooling efficiency Water quality for no scale Cooling tower pumps correct operation for flow and pressure Also differences between water inlet condensing unit and temperature of fireon must be less than 4 degrees Which give direct indication for heat exchange quality

Several reasons can lead to this reason, as follows

.1-tube condenser a dirty .

.2- water nozzles of cooling tower is  partially blocked.

.3-Strainer filter a partial blockage

4-surface plates of the cooling tower does not provide good thermal exchange

6- Malfunction in the cooling tower fan

7- . Compensation water pump  in the cooling tower  does not compensate

check

the cooling tower fan (all fan component)

check the condenser pump status

check the power source to fan and pump

the evaporator needed to be clean

the expansion tank partly closed

etc
