A good customer/buyer will give you70% of his/her business,20% to his tear2 vendor and10% to his3 tear supplier .......
Therefore my answer is no ..... and remember you may not be able to supply your customer with everything he/she needs.
Treat your customer/buyer the best way you can and your buyer will come back to you.
The customer can change the shop according to his evaluation to the quality and the price. so the shop must satisfy the customers and keep them loyal to the shop.
Loyal Customers are the main source of earning for any Business. But it doesn't mean we should not focus on new customers. And the customer will only change shop, if he or she is not satisfied with your product or service.
I agree to the second part in part that at least they should retain customers. For that, they have to have satisfied customers.
A good customer should provide an objective feedback to his service provider and give fair chance to him/them to improve. However, in case the vendor does not improve in a reasonable period and does not provide value of a customer money/time, a wise customer must move on and he is accountable to his own customers too to provide service at affordable prices.
A customer can always change shop. As a marketing professional it is my job to see that the the customer is converted into a promoter.
NO thats not true ,,, and i disagree with that.........................Thanks.
no, I don't agree the world is changing and every thing in it too
Always remember that a customer can change his shop, when a customer increase his salary and have more money his taste/ wants and needs vary he can choose best quality of his choice so the shop will need to satisfy the needs of the customer.
i agree with the answer of Khaled Anwer
