Dear Hany,All of my next answer depending on my experiences and patties For the best way or using a new techniques to get a new job it depends on some factor according to the country and demand of works let us show the factors first okay:
The country: for example you are in Saudi Arabia, I guess that.. So, you have to depend on the relationship or communications or nearest close friends to get a new opportunity that is the most important factor here
The second factor is the demand of needs (companies, jobs, sectors) for example you know well that the most needs here in saudi arabia for IT then Sales & Marketing next engineering and etc... Then you have to follow the needs of the companies.
The third factor is: How to be elegance between others candidates like special courses, extra qualifications, diplomas, etc...
The last factor is knowing well how to be very good in the interviews with companies and offer your personal and business kills
