Management consulting - definitely yes - many consulting firms in the Pharma, health & healthcare domains employ full time Healthcare Economists - also many development finance institutions such as world bank employ health economist extensively

 

Investment banks - indirectly employ health economists - the private equity arms of investment banks which invest in the health sector have a huge requirement for health economists - right from fundamental research to execution and monitoring of healthcare programs - also measuring efficiency and effectiveness of health programs
