the sales managers play in integral , multifarious role in organization.
they are motivators and trainers ,coaches, evaluates and counselors for their sales people.
they provide strategic and tactical input on sales in marketing related issues.
the responsibility of channel manager is the sales and sales support function.
the channel program manager develop , manages and helps identify channel programs.
the channel manager typically server as member of management and is considered a senior level consulting within the organizations , the channel manager provides functional and technical leadership , its also responsible for high complexity and provides tactical responsibilities.
