casting concrete without any error and having the desired compression strength, dealing with unqualified workers and unqualified owners.

Implementing of safety methods with workers at risky job and their absence after the break the work will not much faster than earlier, every morning the first 4 hours out put can not get after the lunch break comparing to the morning will be half performance only can be taken out from them
