I think best Solution is to use Adobe Acrobat (Professional) And Follow the Steps :
1- File > Save As .... Or Press Shift+Ctrl+S Respectively .
2- Form ( Save As Type ) Menu Choose ( Microsoft Word Docuement *.doc) .
3- Click ( Save )
If you havn't Adobe Acrobat Professional For Any Reason you can use an Online Converter Like :

1- Click on "Upload a file to convert"
2- Upload the File you want from your computer .
3- Choose from the Options :
4- Click on ""Continue "
