The director needs to follow the accounts of those who wants to hire, and then will be able to determine the extent of the ability of this person to do his job to the fullest, which is the good management of the accounts where depends on the style in the debate and reply, and also the number of followers that may be indicator for good management.

Social networking online is all about experience than talent.

Person who gets hired as ''the voice'' of current social network should be not only talented with great expression skills, but also the person should be like-minded as the company or product that should be promoted. For example if the product that should be promoted on social network is perfume for 16 year old girls, then 40 year old man won't feel the product and won't address the message to 16 year old's no matter how talented professional he is.
