There are a number of indicators to assess honesty & dedication. Some of these are:-

1. Body language- Is the interviewee making proper eye contact while answering questions, or is he constantly shifting his eyes & fidgeting or making unnecessary movement with his hands & touching his nose or ears. These are indicators of lying/unsure answers.

2. Past performance-check with previous company & how often has he changed jobs & reasons for leaving previous jobs.

3. Ask the interviewee to give examples of his claims to whatever achievements he boasts of.

4. Ask questions about his knowledge on activities he took part in.

Simply i prefer to use the check references , but not the references they are included in the CV by the candidates , i prefer to call last company he was work in it , after that i speak to the hr and asking him about this candidates

and aslo you can measure the honesty by looking in the last years of the work in the CV and the job hopping its very important

There biography can people read them well to discuss the person who will be interviewed by the talk or go into the details of the themes of the work.

It was noted that people are against which people without reading the biography adoption skill to have, but is itself a poor performance and lack of access to the potential of the person.
