That is a trickly part of the subject.
And believe me many organization will trust / judge academic values of people than the dedications.
Again life is not fair.
I know many hard working individuals out there, few are my close relatives, worked hard and dedicate many years of their work life but at the end, a kid with master will be more valued even if less experience.
That's life.
But if you look deeply, everyone need to update their academic education not to be judge fairly but for your own good as Education is light at the end of the dark tunnel.

when we live in a structured and standardized environment,we have to respect the rules of the game.

it is what it is.

if he is a dedicated and hard worker ,he should start with education at a later  age.it is the best shortcut to future success.

we cannot fint the system, its better to work with it.

good luck

In fact, it is distortion of the society and we believe that a person with higher qualification are better employees.
In fact, in earlier days, there were no scientific ways to measure the skills, attitudes, knowledge and aptitude of a person and the selectors chose the easiest method of comparing educational qualifications - unfortunately, even this day a large number of organizations follow it.
Notwithstanding, people should upgrade educational qualifications since true education brings in positive transformation.

When the individual applies to a job, his / her CV just presents the candidate's credentials - and academic qualifications play a big part at this stage. It shows how hard-working he's been, how dedicated he's been.

But in organizations, people are paid for "PERFORMANCE, not qualifications". Therefore, once a person gets into routine work and begins to chase his targets, I don't think people give great respect to qualifications, but to the results he produces.
