What are the good and beneficial short-term diploma/certification courses after MBA (Marketing) to get a good job?

Madam, I think MBA is enough to get good job as everything depends upon your skill and specialties. In every job we will have prove and marketing job is such a job that we will have to prove as result or productivity is counted every month so don't think for any other certificates etc, if get it then better but doesn't mean MBA is not enough. Its not computer engineering that you will get more and more certificate and can saw something, its purely practical job area.
