Good evening. In my opinion, when you listen your team member you come up with positive and negative aspect of any idea, goal, project etc. It reveals everyone's point of view which may help to avoid astray from the right path. Since, in every project time is very crucial factor, if you will lose the time then it is bit oblivious to commit mistake.
