Value judgments regarding the merits or demerits of literary pieces as something the Best or the Worst from an author are always subjective decisions of critics, and they also go on changing in line with what is liked or disliked by people at large at a particular period of time. No literature is timeless. Still, to me some, out of of his159, sonnets are very appealing, especially those dealing with an invisible, unnamed friend.

Well, he has expertly written many beautiful poems, but for me,  " Fear No More"is the one that i like very much. This very poem is a means through which we can calminate our inner fears and eventually face and overcome them.
