Job satisfaction is how content an individual is with his or her job. Generally there is a distinction between affective job satisfaction and cognitive job satisfaction. Affective job satisfaction is the extent of pleasurable emotional feelings individuals have about their jobs overall. Affective job satisfaction is different from cognitive job satisfaction. Cognitive job satisfaction is the extent of individuals’ satisfaction with particular facets of their jobs, such as pay, pension arrangements, working hours, and numerous other aspects of their jobs.
Many people think that a job is that thing they do for cash. But is a
good job just about the cash? There are a lot of factors besides

While I like the process of securing new clients, research, creativity and presentation involved in consulting, I am looking to travel and work on a global level, so my current job satisfaction level is low. I feel that re-learning on an international level will be a great change.
