A shared strategic performance measure could be a common strategic performance indicator for the entire organization e.g. implementing Six Sigma or introducing a High Performance Culture. This has to be included in everyone's objectives / targets for the year, from top to bottom. This is because the successful implementation of such shared performance measures depends on the full participation and involvement of the entire organization in most of the cases.
