Close All programs that work in Background .

also there are some programs release some memory that can be used by autocad .

I am not sure what the problem is ... usually you would add to your RAM memory....

The system requirements for AutoCAD require at least512 MB of physical memory (RAM) for working in2D. For creating and working with3D models, at least2 GB of RAM is required.
