huge amount of CFM will be out from this diff user so it will make high noise .
large am-out of cfm will be lost in diff user with out reaching its goal
Installation of the diffuser on the Main duct will cause many problems.
- It will create the lower air flow rates and lower pressure at the far most diffuser because most air will flow from the main supply diffuser. This will create higher cooling and drafts at one point and lower cooling at other point.
-Excessive noise and turbulent drafts will create at the space being supplied from main duct diffuser.
Having said that, if conditions are unavoidable, then diffuser can be installed by making a small tee and installing Volume Control Damper and sound attenuation.
We will lose a huge amount of conditioned air , and other ducts will not receive enough .
