the simplest method for calculating frictional lose in piping by using Darcy's equation,

h_l = f_D \\left ( \\frac{L}{D} \\right ) \\left ( \\frac{V^2}{2g} \\right ). there are many online calculators are also available to help you out or you could even develop a simple excel sheet for the same. :)
