When I answered this originally, the question was "Why is graphic design so simple and easy?"Well, first off, you should be using InDesign not Illustrator for that. Secondly, you ask the wrong question. The actual question you meant was "Why am I finding graphic design work so simple?" And the answer is, in all likelihood, the Dunning-Kruger effect. From Dunning–Kruger effect article on Wikipedia:
The Dunning–Kruger effect is a cognitive bias wherein unskilled individuals suffer from illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their ability to be much higher than is accurate. This bias is attributed to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their ineptitude.
I think they are not creative, they just do for hash. I am passionate about my work and graphic design is creative exercise. I think it`s the job of professionals not the beginners.
Because they see only the final design and the Designs are Always the Simplest and Most Practical.
Yes it is simple and easy, and customer has to pay for building the right impact
in my thinking the people away from the design field look to the think depend on the what they see, so they think its not big thing and when they see it simple specaily if logo is font like SONY or Just one letter so they say how its hard i can do it and they think its easy process to came to final design, they didnt konw about the other 20 designs sample not success or faild untill the last one came, they think the designer came draw that letter and make color and take alot of money and he think he can do it and do better; but when you ask him to do it he/she stock and look for designer to do even for him slef, so its matter of imortant for the things when we design a logo we design a brand not just shpe for the name and company the brand make the money and how nicw and easy design was it's easy to remmber and nots

I agree, because they only see the final product. It is like watching a movie and criticizing it not knowing how much time, sweat and tears the people behind poured in it. Its also like eating some fancy sweet treat not knowing how disgusting the preparation process was.
Because they just see the final version of the design and didn't see how the design was made or how much time and energy was spent on coming up with ideas, coming up with the perfect concept, and the perfect color combinations that also tells alot, and finally apply all to create the final masterpiece , which is smart, elegent & simple, that says everything and deliver a message ..
Every one that work in that field knows that design is not always easy and simple.
they think you just put some color and some text with picture and you will get a design,
they are right its a design but i called it cheap design. you must think, see, search, imagine, then design.
Because They are thinking it is enjoy with colors and photos looks like playing time.
In my opinion, it is because of those who called themselves Designers just because they can use some Adobe programs, So people have this mentality that anyone can be a designer he just needs to know those programs. which is so wrong...
