Becoming a Bank Manager mostly happens in the mid phase of one's career - though there are many exceptions where a26-28 year old individuals have become bank managers.

No body becomes bank manager unless one joins a bank as a basic grad or executive, is groomed in various functions and departments, then internally rated and elevated! Banks are some of the few large hearted organizations who have picked up graduates from all fields - Arts, commerce, Science, Engineers and have groomed them ! Hence while the basic qualification may be a Graudate in any field (some banks prefer science graduates due to superior mathematical and computing abilities), the qualifications to subsequently become a bank manager may include an MBA, consistent performance on the Job, X- factors like personality , aptitude, attitude, leadership skills & Network within the Banking & Corporate circles.

Thinking ability to solve the problems at fast time

Answer is firstly we should be a commerce graduate & secondly we should pass CAIIB exam & entrance test like Banking Service Recruitment Board (BSRB) which is applicable in India.
