criteria which cover2 areas
1 - the attitude and company COC (to decide the employee renewal and etc...)
2 - Balanced score card to insure compiling with company targets (effect in the merit increase)

Thank you for your invite. We evaluate the employee performance by measuring their contribution towards what they are accountable for.
Evaluation of an employee is done based on his job responsibility.For example a sales guy is always evaluated on the amount of revenue he has got in.But when it comes to operation side,revenue cannot be a criteria.A balabced score card of his job responsibity is considered.Apart from the score card or rvenue he brings in,attitude plays a big role.
