use the manufacture recommendation to calculate consumables quantities and planned performance with the parts price list and you can use maintenance program
This would obviously depend on what you are maintaining.
However there are three main aspects of maintenance.
Routine Inspection - Monthly, uses labour and consumables (V-belts, oils etc)
Quarterly Services - Every3 months, uses labour and consumables + filters
Annual Services - Every12 Months, Requires shutdown, equipment is stripped, cleaned and all parts requiring upgrade are replaced.
The above is very general, but if you identify the parts that will require replacement and spread your plant out over a12 month service plan it becomes fairly easy to fit in the proposed budget.
Th first thing is to review th scope of the proposed annual maintenance. This should be followed by the identification of required maintenance activities which should be broken down into manageable tasks to help identify resource requirements. Th human, equipment, material resources are cost in addition to the overhead cost to arrived at the total cost which is added to10% of total cost provision for contingency to arrived at the proposed annual maintenance budget.
Thank You For Inviting Me..
If You Want To Plan A Yearly Maintenance With A Certain Budget, You Must First to Identify The Items Which Are Needed To Be Maintained, Then Identify The Priority Of Each Item And The Time Needed .. Start With Items Of Top Priorities Untill You Reach The Bottom Of Your Budget.. If You Didn't Finish All The Items Its Ok, Items Remained will Not Be That important And Can Be Moved To The Next Year
Budget should be proposed as a sum of costs for
material and services planed and approwed for next year.
From budget to material and services is wrong direction.
Maintenance costs in final product of company is parametar of
maintenance eficiency.
This would obviously depend on what you are maintaining.
