From experience as a data entry officer, I usually get bored when I sit idle at work so I decided to help myself by enrolling on some online courses (most related to communications and health education, since I was working in a clinic) to increase my knowledge in that subject area.

My fitband helps me to take break from long time sitting postures. 30 sec break with frehand excersise that helps me to keep fit. Initially its difficult but once you accustomed to the benfits , you are done.
