Its a  Team work to achieve any difficult target, so first of all we should sensitize our team members about and also make them to feel that its all together possible by working on system and process of company. It requires a lot of hard work and positive attitude. so during the course of achieving the target we have to ensure that each and every member of team should be full of positive attitude. Then what ever we plan should be executed in the same manner.

 

So its about having Positive attitude, hard work, patience, planning and executing those planning.

As a supervisor first thing is to create positive environment for work and then analyse the team member as who is performing high and low. to get the work done on time we have to appreciate the hard worker and motivate others. Some times we have to be harsh to low performers,some don't perform without pressure. so its important to analyse your team and schedule the work accordingly
