Just be HONEST, and explain the real reason, BUT DON"T:

- Speak about your previous supervisor or company in a negative way. Otherwise, you can explain the problem and HOW\\WHY you reach to this decision.

- Lie or change the reality.

- Seem to be like you are a victim.

Otherwise, you should seem to be confident, learned from your previous experiences and have something to add to the new job.

People quit for many reasons as below,

1-           For better offer, stability & compensation, which satisfy them

2-           More challenges & opportunity, where he can add value to his knowledge

3-           Better environment where you can practice the best of your knowledge

4-            Good work life balance, where you can make good balance.

5-           Same time people quit because of their supervisor

Simply these are the factor motivate people to quit or move for better

The key to answering this question with your employability intact is simple – maintain a positive attitude. A sure-fire way to teleport your application to the bottom of the pile is to badmouth your ex-boss and grumble about your old job.Be clear, confident and calm about why you left, or are leaving, the other gig, before redirecting your response to exactly why you are so keen to work in the position on offer.

You should always indicate that you enjoyed your last job, it was a great learning experience & never give any negative input. Your desire to move on & therefore you should tell the interviewer that his company provides an even better work environment & opportunities for professional excellence & growth.
