This is dependent, but most probably, it is not recommended to disclose third party details unless:

  1. to verify data sensitivity and severity
  2. To verify current agreement terms between carrier and third party.
  3. Some agreements might require authorization from third party before doing so.

Also I recommend legal engagement in such process to avoid further disputes or appeal

Clients information should be kept highly confidential. It is not ethical to share such information with third parties. In some cases, where you feel that the third party is trustable then you can take the consent of the client and make them aware that you will not hold any responsibility of the third party. Upon their agreement you can share the required information. To protect privacy of your client you can do a favor to them by making the third party sign an agreement where they will agree not to share our clients information with any one.

such information must not be shared without the consent of client.

On having approvals the information can be communicated as per the policy and practices of organization.

There is no such protocol to share the clients information unless it is a corporate tie up (Like Bancassurance or so)  there also its better after obtaining the prior approval from the client to do so.

Professional ethics prevent us to give any information for third party, exception if the clients have no any problem , Or we have authority from the client to give him any private information to any third party.
