Architecture, Interior design, and graphics, share many basics, like they all require a very good sense, the ability to create and imagine then design.
Since old times, many genius architects were interior designers, painters, and sculptors at the same time.
As a first step in your career, they support you as a designer: architecture as a an overall perception, interior will complete and integrate your design, and graphic design would support your presentation skills.
Next step is specialization, because now the world is full of different trends and schools, it would be hard to keep up with everything concerning the three divisions, so you won't be able to stand out.
Example: Doctors, at first they have general surgery skills, then they do their specialties, later they do the subspecialty.
Same applies to us, the designers.
