Emp is on long vacaton & there is no salary to pay banks delete data in wps file how MOL knows Emp is on vcaton and wil not aff WPS ratio?

WPS remains active for 6 months even when no transaction is been made in the banks , as an Employee is eligible to go for a long live till 6 months

After 6 month his WPS accounts by default closes if no activity is found and declares the employee to be cancelled in the present company.
