Strategy Planning is how a product has to be reached to the end Consumer its from Product,Price,Place,Promotion,Sales,After Sales,Service,Advertising,Marketing etc

 

Strategy Implementation is to see whether the planned strategy has been Implemented to generate desired Output or Revenue.

 

Fine tuning is required based on Competitors move in the phase of Implementation.

Formulation is making a plan.

 

Implementation is doing the stuff in the plan
