Customer satisfaction is intangible and hence difficult to measure but there are some qualitative tools used to measure whether a customer is really satisfied with your service. Service itself being intangible leaves just a scope of experience when customer comes to buy a service. satisfaction of the customer can be known by his disposition during use of service n after use of service. If he is repeated buyer, he is satisfied. If he recommends service to some one, he is satisfied. If he speaks favourable about the service or service provider he is satisfied.
