COMMUNICATION is key...the people within an organization must always feel involved.

Transparency from top management is very important to ensure employees are clear on their deliverables upfront of starting any projects. This helps to manage the employees expectations and the organization to manage the employee within the organization. If however, for inevitable reasons conflict occurs...then the best resolution is always communication with staff. Talking to people that are unhappy and understanding why/what is making them unhappy in the organization...helps to drill down to the problem. So these discussions must happen face to face with the disgruntled person always. If management style is transparent from the beginning , then it is easy to explain and convince the employee that the organization is simply working within the rules set from the on start. Sometimes people are unhappy due to reasons other than work and they tend to vent at work, so it's important for an organization to be flexible in such matters and be able to empathize with true legitimate cases in which conflicts arise due to factors not directly related to business...in which case the organization can offer relevant HR support to counsel the employee.

At fierst I wanna say Ramadan kaream & thank u to ur envite. As a precaution * to avoid the conflict must specify the responsibilities and authorities * dispute resolution wiesly and quickly Priority to the objectives of the organization By studying the conflict and find out causes and motives and who are behind it and the goals and so on * put the policies and regulations that organize work * Put deterrent laws for violations * Strengthen professional and personal relationships to achieve rapprochement and understanding among workers * Broadcast high morale and motivate employees to encourage joint work * achieve the career affiliation and work as a teamwork * Harmonize personal goals for employees with organizational goals so that workers be keen to achieve them These days are considered conflict somewhat important . It's creating competition between the employees but must manage it to achieve the objectives of the organization

1. Do you want to avoid all conflict or reduce it ?

2. What is a "professional" resolution ?

- Is it an outcome accepted by everyone ?

- Is it the best solution to the situation/problem ?

3. Is this an actual situation you are facing and require ideas for ? or a hypothetical that you wish to prepare for ?
