Did some reference check, studied and learned, took some advice from co-workers and then implemented them.

Since I am around in the field of ICT quite some time, I am confronted all the time with questions in which I am not an expert.
In my opinion the most important actions are: - Contacting my professional network (= gatkhering knowledge) - Relying on my experience (= setting the scope) - Involving a team of colleagues (= working on a solution supported by the business)
