Behavioral finance is derived from neuroeconomics, which is economics from the prospectives of human brain and financial actions that are impacted by human's thinking and brain processes. Human brain, according to many scientists and professionals such as Russell James, has two competing parts. One of the two parts is affected by emotions and the other part is logical relying on calculations and logic.
