Whenever I need to learn something with technology or others, I go to both, Google and YouTube and type something like "ms word tutorial," but you must make sure you type the version of the MS product you are using. For example: "MS word2010 tutorial," or you could use keywords like ""MS Word online practice," or "MS Word2007 practice," or homework, or something that relates with practice.

A speed type, familiarizing the shortcuts of that application and its tools and advanced settings; you must be updated on that application, and find some ideas not only encoding can do but also you can create other programs on that application.. even codes and certificates..
You can imrpove your MS word skills by working on it in real environment and by applying different and needed techniques.
