It DEPENDS on the type of customer we are talking here.
If its retail customers, then you can offer off season items on bargain shelves and also offer giveaways at the POS just to make them feel that wow factor.
If its wholesale, then1 box free on purchase of10 boxes of your item looks good, for medium-high priced items, or1 free on5 boxes is good for less pricey items.
If you feel there is a need of new shelf or fridge or outer signage, then you can offer to put them into their shops for certain sales figure..
For wholesale customers, you can also provide credit points on buying certain amount of FMCG thats giving you a real pressure to push thru..
Same way, you can also provide the credit accumulation points for retail customers to indulge them into repeat buying and revisiting cycle..
it all depends on how your company sees your sales to progress.. also what kind of customers we are talking about here..
