If they are at that level of satisfaction, it would be wise to keep doing what has been working, since it is working so well. It's very hard to go above95% but if you can do it, you are likely to have a very long term customer.

* Speed is Critical

* Communicate in a Timely Manner

* Solve Problems

* Always Offer Choices

* Avoid Referring to Policy

* Go Above and Beyond Expectations

* Turn Lemons Into Lemonade

* Attempt to Transform Them " I feel this is very important" The object of problem resolution is not to “satisfy” the customer but to “amaze” them by going above and beyond their expectations.Transforming an “angry” customer into an enthusiastic advocate is always worth the cost.

* Offer Compensation

*Develop a Caring Team " Unhappy employees cannot create delighted customers."

I agreed with Charles view on this. This means what ever process that is in place for customer retention and satisfaction is working fine. All that need to be done is maintain and conduct a yearly NPS survey.

Listen to customers carefully, understand their needs and build your conversation around the customer needs and not your need. don't promise customers anything you cannot fulfill. it is ok to say i will try my best to do .....

when you promise customer to call back, you must call back even if you dont have an answer. Do not over promise the customer at all.

Always try to exceed customer expectations.

focus on solving customer problem first and not cause of the problem.

Listen to your client

Analyze their needs and expectations

Maintain a good communication

Take into consideration their feedbacks

Present a good solution and adjust them if needed

Customer satisfaction is key in creating a long-term relationship with your customers. If you think back to the dating analogy, going through the sales process is just like wooing your prospect to turn them into a customer.

But keeping a long term relationship functioning is hard work. You need to keep delivering value time and time again. You need to keep your customer satisfied.
