I always use the same colour as the one I filled my light with. Then under the elements you can select ‘softer’ or ‘precise’ I leave it as softer I prefer it, then you can change your ‘spread’ and ‘size’. ‘Spread’ I always leave fairly low it gives a sort of weird outline if it’s too high. And ‘size’ is up to you
you can try the normal brushes you have in Photoshop but put it in a new layer, and try changing it's blending mode.
Well use outer glow and inner glow in terms of photoshop or use pentool on the subject then apply custom brushes whether you spread it or not and put some glow and illumination on the subject..
First, you would need to isolate the people, the interior, and the exterior into three separate layers so that you can work on the individually.
