A prototype is interactive whereas Wireframe is not.

A wireframe is a low-fidelity representation of a product’s design.

prototype is a mid- to high-fidelity representation of the final product

wireframes shows initial desgin and the flow of the information through out the system

Prototypes are the advanced version of the wireframes, where it shows more details and information about the system.

Prototypes as the Screen navigation with Designed screen (Colors and buttons). It is to showcase the Stake holders that how the screen navigation is going to be and how it will look on the Target devices after the completion of the complete feature implementation

  • UX demonstration on the target device
  • Stake-holders get the glimpse of product before it too late
  • Protypyes can be created using various tools such as Proto.io
