Provide outstanding service to the customer earns the company's customer loyalty, whether the service  the agent representative of the company or salesmen the company, so it must provide all the support, assistance and information that these agencies help marketing the company's products, these agencies are not the final consumer of the commodity but is representative of the company and market their goods, Therefore attention should be given all support as in any customer of the company.

Yes they need to be satisfied by the organizations they work for. this is because if they are not taken good care of, they will be unwilling to satisfy customers to the benefit of the organization.

I will say no, it's the customer that is important. Even tho the agent may want more the customer may need less of a solution or answer.
