Hard work takes time for any task, the smart work takes less time, in another words:
Hard work is in newly tasks or positions (freshness), the smart work is when you are an experienced person. When the work rules you then it is a hard work. When you rule the work then it is a smart work.
You will reach to smart work after long experiance of hard working.
Hard work = long way to success
Smart work= short way to success
Hard work: Labor effort.
Smart work: Strategic focus.
According to me,the difference between hard work and smart work is a s follows.....................
Hard work is one that which may or may not be completed in time,but atlast drives the answer from the work,and it is done with correctness,even though it takes time,the work is done.
Smart work,is considered to be completed in time that is within the given time,but hard work ,will be completed may or may not be within the given time span
Hard Work is to follow Procedures, rules, Doing things as you were told to do and not thinking out of the box! Smart work is to see the purpose rather than rules, and apply our brains along with techniques to complete the purpose. This reduces time, stress & also gives a happiness of learning new things. Smart work is innovation :-)
You can compelete your hard work which might be have some error. But smart work also some time and effort to compelete withtout error.
Hello Grandfather Pursuit of the goal either smart work achieve the goal of the greatest benefits and the lowest costs
According to me;
Hard work is to put in more efforts with less ideas to accomplish a given task. Whereas, Smart work is to put in less efforts with more ideas to accomplish a given task.
In other words, a smarter worker is the one who does thing smartly. That means he knows people from whom he can get work done and will delegate to them. Whereas, a harder worker, on the other hand, puts long hours every day, probably doing the same thing again and again.
