Isn't confusing and redundant too many subclassifications of speciality streams here and those needs to reorganise & club & put into respective head?

I agree with you on this . At times it becomes next to impossible to select the appropriate category and later on you see " Question Modified by the moderator"  It has become a joke now. Why too many sub category added when it is neither useful nor purposeful.

Firstly, I would like to Thank to Bayt.com for providing such a wonderful setting/service for interacting with professionals/luminaries across the Globe through this medium thereby I personally gain and share knowledge of little I have.

I felt there are so many redundant Specialties, which may be clubbed put together in relevant Head's so that there will be some kind housekeeping work as well reduce confusion. I want the other professional's herein to give their opinion in this context. Cause consolidation will make less streams, but surely add more participation by bringing the notice of questions to many participants. Thanks.

Example :

Team leading, Team work, Team player, Team leadership, team coordination, Team Handling, Team Performance, etc can be combine and put under one head Team Leadership.

In Technology also there are so many duplicates like sql, sqlplus,oraclesql,db2sql etc.
