Well to maintain a system (equipment / Machines) we have to schedule a proper PPM minimum quarterly in the year and check the functionality of machine and machine parts.

Causes which reduces the machine life or effect the Machine Functionality.

1. Dirty room or area in which system is installed.

2. Mishandling of the system.

3. System Service not done.

4. Improper ventilation.

5. Voltage surge.

6. Voltage fluctuation.

7. Loose connections.

8.Voltage instability.

9. Improper Earthing or Grounding

Steps to maintain the systems or equipments.

1.Always keep clean the area or room in which the system is installed.

2.Check the system performance on your every visit.

3. Always Use the system or equipment gently in case of end user also tell them to use the system gently.

3. Schedule and perform proper Preventive Maintenance, if there is any mechanical movement involved in the system then always remember to grease all of these parts.Note: Proper PM increases the machine life and performance.

4. If you found any defective part then repair it if it is not able to repair order and replace the part to reduce the downtime of the machine.

4. In your every visit also check the software behavior if any FMI or up gradation  needed  do it.

5.There will be proper Ventilation system in the room to maintain the system temperature. e.g (AC must be installed in the room if the room temperature is greater than23 c* or specially in those area where in summer season temperature is high)

6. Use Voltage Stabilizer if there is voltage instability.

7. Use UPS or Generator if there is Voltage issue(in case of Load shedding).

8. Make Voltage connections properly and make sure there is no loose connection.

9.Earthing and Grounding must be good.
