What is the difference between common stock and preffered stocks. And why company issued preffered stocks?

There are totally different with each other. common stock is used  any time when it needed. but prefer stock is used on priority base. and it familiar from common stock

Common stocks are equities which bear ownership and right to dividend and have voting rights. On the other hand preference shares ll not get any of these they are just glorified debentures without maturity

Common stocks and preffered stocks are difference are following.

Mostly useable items we called preffered stocks but also we keep some common stocks which is not moveable. thats is the difference and company preffered moveable items in their stocks.
