I think No because seller have more convincing power which generally we do in the market and then customer come to know that he has actually sold me the product which didn't want. But in all cases it is not compulsory many buyers are also now very intelligent but only sellers make them smarter by calling them.

Well there are smart sellers as well as smart buyers. It varies from case to case who is smarter at one particular time. A smart seller is the one who will be able to create artificial demand in the customer's mind ultimately resulting in sales. A smart buyer will prove your product is not worth purchasing.
