1. Ensure everybody in the team knows what is supposed to happen.2. Establish procedures and systems for it to happen, with protocols on what to do when things go wrong.3. Test the system. Tweak it until it works properly.4. Let it run. Interfere only if it goes wrong. Test it occasionally to check it's working well. Reassess from time to time.

The team leader must have a skill that conquered its own information and experiences gained during his life in order to gain team members skills and abilities of cost that will help them to accomplish their tasks the team.
