Dear the administration generally require certain qualities in a leader of the group, whether large or small, including self-esteem and hard work and many other things, these aspects confidence. If these qualities are available in the commander was a successful group and distinct.
A good leader has to ensure that his team maximises the productivity and efficiency. If he finds that few members in his team are not sincere, which is a common situation, then he should ensure to address this simple looking problem which can result into major implications.
a good team leader should note following :
1) workforce is the most expensive resource, hence , inefficiency in the team should not be tolerated at al.
2) divide the team into smaller teams and make sincere members of the team, the circle /team leaders
3) provide necessary developmentAl trainings to these team leaders so that on one hand future leaders are groomed and on another hand closure monitoring is possible of the entire team
4) define very clear and tangible targets for individuals so that desired output from each individual is communicated clearly
5) measure performance of each employee regularly and conduct performance reviews so that inefficiency, if found, should be discussed and counselled.
6) if some non-performers are identified who do not perform consistency because of lack of sincerity, then they should be counselled and given a time frame within which he/she is expected to raise his/her performance
7) even after providing sufficient opportunities, if some members are established as non-performers due to negative attitude, a good leader should be bold enough to get rid of him/her gracefully
Break the group and form new group of mixed one, sincere and other to work in shift and measure the productivity. The sincere will tend the others to work in sincere manner.
